Attack Plan
This is your daily schedule, your plan of attack. Over the course of the next 90 days follow this plan to the letter. I've built this to explain every detail and take the guesswork out of your progress. the plan is simple, each day tells you what body part you're going to pursue, simply click on it and select any workout you want to do. Sometimes there will be multiple workouts, on these days its best to split them up into a morning and a night routine because in our effort to grow, its better to get two full workouts than one half and half workout. Whatever the order is follow that, if Chest is displayed first and then back, follow that order. This schedule is specifically designed to optimize growth, DO NOT swap or skip days based on emotional, physical, or spiritual feelings.
